I’m Armando Mayo, CEO of Arvima. I built Arvima on a simple belief: Communication Connects. Not as a catchy line, but as a standard.

I’ve spent my career helping organizations translate expertise into influence. I lead annual giving communications in higher education and work with clients across nonprofits and banking, real estate and tech to sharpen messaging, build campaigns, and create content that earns attention.

I also teach public speaking and professional communication at the college level, which keeps me grounded in what works in real rooms, real meetings and real high-stakes moments.
